Man’s Hair loss is a normal matter

Most times many of my visitors ask me to give treatment about hair loss. Hair loss is a common matter for any human being. To speak the truth, man can loss their hair in natural way. And every day have loss many hair and at the same time some new hair will born up also and there will be balanced condition to fall hair and grow new hair. So hair loss is a normal matter for man. But when the balance is not good enough then it may call diseases. But all hair loss is not a disease. In a survey, a man who gives much mental effort, losses his hair more than that person who gives physical effort. So I can tell that all hair loss/fall is not a disease. But most of men are conscious about their loss of hair every day. They fell that, they have got a big disease. Then they have tried to take treatment.

Soon I will describe some situation when your hair may fall in imbalanced way. A lot of people from all around the world experience from dry, brittle and weak hair. Some of the possible reasons for falling hair are:

6.Reduce stress in life (Reduce your workload, try some meditation like yoga or others)
7.Keep your head cool (Apply hair oil whenever possible at home)
8.A high protein diet with plenty of fruits, green vegetables and dairy products is a must.
9.Drink 12-15 glass of fresh water every day.
