Preventing hair loss , B group Vitamins are essential for gloss, color and thickness . A deficit in Vitamin B may cause dandruff, falling hair, loss of color and could encourage grey hair. So search vitamins B rich food to prevent your hair loss.
Make sure your diet contains plenty of fresh fruits and veggies which contains Vitamin C.
Vitamin C guarantees the health of capillaries providing blood to hair follicles.
Vitamin E encourages hair enlargement. Switch from refined flours to wholemeal and wheatgerm, eggs, vegetable oil. For hair loss treatment it is necessary.
